"Los delegados de la Sociedad Civil del mundo, quienes representan a los grupos mayoritarios de la Agenda 21, declararon querer avanzar hacia el Desarrollo Sostenible a través de la conformación de redes y alianzas entre las organizaciones civiles. Se resalta la importancia de actuar urgentemente para combatir los problemas de degradación ambiental e inequidad social que la humanidad afronta y que se han ido agravando en los últimos años" ["Delegates of Civil Society in the world, who represent the majority groups Agenda 21, declared wanting to move towards sustainable development through the formation of networks and partnerships between civilian organizations.
