Abstract
"En el año de 1977 salió a la luz una autobiografía de Joseph Ratzinger titulada sencillamente, “Mi vida”, en la que recoge recuerdos de los primeros cincuenta años de su vida. Como dice el cardenal Antonio Ma. Rouco Varela, en el comentario a la edición española de esta autobiografía, «Con toda seguridad que, en aquel entonces no barruntaba que, en el año 2005, sería elegido obispo de Roma y sucesor de san Pedro»" ["In 1977 it came to light an autobiography of Joseph Ratzinger entitled simply, "My Life", which collects memories of the first fifty years of his life.
