Abstract
“斯密问题”本质上反映的是经济与伦理以及经济学与伦理学的关系问题，它揭示了存在于经济生活中的利益关系矛盾和伦理冲突。经济与伦理的相关性表现在：经济学与伦理学在知识传统上存在着紧密的联系、经济因素和伦理因素相互影响、经济学自身具有伦理性特征、经济学和伦理学在方法论上可以相互借鉴等方面。作为应用伦理学重要领域的经济伦理学，是经济与伦理以及经济学与伦理学之间客观存在的必然联的产物。
