Abstract
"Entiendo que la integración regional avanzó más en términos políticos, con la creación de la UNASUR, que en materia estrictamente económica. No se visualizan, por ejemplo, infraestructuras comunes significativas, ni grandes avances en materia comercial. Tampoco existe una política industrial común, en parte como reflejo de la ausencia de políticas industriales agresivas también a nivel nacional. Incluso el Banco del Sur sigue siendo más una promesa que una realidad concreta" ["I understand that regional integration advanced further in political terms, with the creation of UNASUR, in strictly economic terms.
