现代技术日益增加的系统性、复杂性，使得技术后果变得愈加难以捉摸。因此，需要对技 术后果进行认识、评价和反思，避免技术对人类造成消极影响。在技术后果评价中，伦理视角 的评价有其独特作用，而这种视角面临的困境也对技术后果评价有深刻的影响。
