Abstract
Resumen. Es de suma importancia tener estrategias financieras claras en la pequeña y mediana empresa PYME para no caer en lo que ninguna empresa quiere, la quiebra, y a su vez es importante saber que de llevarse a cabo buenas estrategias financieras y aplicarlas en la PYME de manera correcta, se pueden lograr resultados muy favorables. Otra serie de una serie de factores que son básicos para aplicar estrategias financieras son los estados financieros, las proyecciones financieras, y las razones financieras. Conociendo lo que cada uno nos indica podemos de esta manera llevar a cabo proyecciones financieras precisas y poder manejar cualquier situación que se pueda presentar. El problema de la investigación es que gran cantidad de PYMES no toman las decisiones acertadas en cuestión financiera, por ello el principal objetivo de esta investigación es el de explicar la importancia de determinar estrategias financieras en las PYME. It is extremely important to have clear financial strategies in small and medium size businesses (SMB), not to fall in what every company is afraid of, bankruptcy, in the other hand, it is important to know that if you prepare clear financial strategies and apply them in the proper way, you can obtain very positive results. Other series of factors that are crucial in the application of financial strategies are the financial statements, such as the balance sheet, an income statement, statement of cash flows and others. Knowing and understanding what each of them tells us, we can do periodical financial projections and with that we can manage any kind of problem that might occur. The main problem that we mention in this investigation is that a large number of SMB don’t make the right decisions as financially speaking, for this reason the purpose of this paper is to explain the importance of determining financial strategies in a SMB too.
