Abstract
"A fragmentação do saber humano sob as diversas formas de especialização das ciências induziu ao isolamento do conhecimento produzido e a distanciar-se da realidade. O movimento da interdisciplinaridade propõe uma metodologia para unificar as ciências contribuindo para a formação do homem numa visão holística. O ensino do direito não pode ficar alheio a essa nova realidade. Na prática docente a arte cinematográfica, através do exercício de análise, de interpretação, de questionamentos e reflexões, atua como incentivo para firmar posicionamento dos alunos diante de uma determinada situação. Na perspectiva interdisciplinar, o cinema, ao lado de outras estratégias, constitui-se num recurso didático versátil para desenvolver nos alunos a amplitude de visão da complexa realidade, dotá-los de habilidades e competências indispensáveis para uma exitosa atuação profissional" [": The fragmentation of human knowledge in the various forms of specialization of the sciences led to the isolation of the knowledge produced and to distance themselves from reality. The motion of the interdisciplinarity proposes a methodology to unify the sciences contributing to the formation of a holistic man. The teaching of law can not remain indifferent to this new reality.
