Abstract
"Este artigo pretende identificar na trajetória histórica do ministério jovem da Igreja Adventista do Sétimo Dia a ocorrência de mudanças nas reuniões jovens e no próprio ministério jovem, bem como analisar as causas e as conseqüências do afastamento das reuniões atuais dos princípios que a estabeleceram. Tais causas e conseqüências podem ser melhor identificadas e entendidas por meio do fenômeno sócio-cultural conhecido como pós-modernismo" ["The present article intends to identify the changes that took place in the Youth Meetings and Youth Ministry through the historical trajectory of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. It pretends also to analyze the causes and the consequences of the departing from the original principles that established such meetings and ministry. Such causes and consequences can be better understood under the light of the socio-cultural phenomena known as pos-modernism"]
