当前,我国经济发展和经济改革进入了以科学发展观为指导和以建立社会主义和谐社会为 目标的历史新阶段,以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央根据我国经济社会发展的新形势,提出 了“要更加注重社会公平”的方针,具有重大的理论价值与现实意义。本文就如何正确理解这 一重要方针谈几点认识。
