Abstract
This article discusses the role of youth in welcoming the Indonesian demographic bonus in 2045. Demographic Bonus is a situation where the productive age (15-64) is greater than the unproductive age. Some experts argue that in that year, the state of Indonesia is better than Brazil and China. Therefore, the serious efforts of the government to hold a long-term programs are needed to welcome the demographic bonus. If not, then the demographic bonus that will be experienced by Indonesia would be a disaster.
