Abstract
Too often, leadership is viewed, especially in the literature, as a task to be achieved, something that must be done, a disconnect between the leader and the led or something that is perceived as a constant struggle, that ‘bedevils’ leaders and leadership teams on a daily basis. Perhaps our approach needs to be different!
