Abstract
This paper aim to explore how the model and the implementation of local content-based curriculum in Madrasah. Conceptually, local content-based curriculum consists of two forms. The first form is attached to all subjects, and the second form separates the activity that has nothing to do with the subject. The author offers that local content can be taught by making a synergy with Islamic subjects such as Fiqh, Akidah, and others. In addition, this can be done with special subjects such as local language and with extracurricular activities.
