Abstract
有关商业伦理的探讨在有商业行为的同时就开始了。12世纪的格拉蒂安说“上帝不会对商人或只付出辛劳的商人满意。”即使在商业不发达的中国传统社会中，也有“童叟无欺”、“重信守诺”等伦理规则在约束着商人的行为。但是真正的企业伦理讨论却是晚近的事情。
