Abstract
在经济高速发展的今天,现代人的社会压力是前所未有的,由此引发的心理健康问题,日益受到社会各方面的重视,与之密切联系的心理咨询与治疗事业也正在蓬勃发展,但在我国此项事业起步较晚,各方面还不够成熟和完备。本文只想和专业人员谈谈在心理咨询与治疗过程中,最常出现的涉及个人隐私引发的法律问题以及如何处理此类问题.
