Abstract
Poverty is undeniably faced women. This is because the development is still ongoing gender bias. Along with the role organizing against women, women are now starting to organize themselves and open up access to be actively involved in governance (governance) in the country, strengthening the network in the empowerment society, both in environmental issues, food security, savings and loan business capital until kepemmimpinan village affairs. female star now beginning to shine in ti ngkat village. Good practice will further make women shine, if the government continues to open up to the involvement of women through policy (1) gender perspekti f a unified political structure and system of governance, both at the central, district and village so that women's representation and access in development policy-making process more robust. (2) Strengthen Kouta affirmative action of women in various sectors of government, party politicians and organizations other communities, from the center to the village (3) broaden and deepen innovations and best practices that are now beginning to be raised by many women.
