Abstract
"El artículo aborda la situación eclesial de los apartados básicos de la moral fundamental católica. Advierte que si bien el Concilio Vaticano II permitió dejar atrás la moral casuística, lo avances no han sido lo esperado; más bien señala un estancamiento, debido en parte, al dominio que las interpretaciones conservadoras tienen de los documentos conciliares. Sin embargo, aunque dicho estancamiento parece tener un carácter oficial, los tópicos que parecen inamovibles son promovidos por diversos sectores eclesiales, pastorales y académicos. Expone le necesidad avanzar hacia una iglesia de comunión que, superando el legalismo infantil, alcance a través de la autonomía teónoma, la adultez que le permita ser solidaria y servidora del mundo. Palabras clave: ética casuística, valores éticos, moral, ética autónoma." "The article tackles the church situation as contained in the basic tenets of fundamental Catholic theology. It states that even though the Second Vatican Council permitted to move away from casuistic morals, advances fell short of expectations. Rather, there has been a stalemate partly due to the prevalence of conservative interpretations of the Council documents. Nevertheless, and even admitting that the stalemate seems to be official in character, the unreformable positions are actually being moved forward by various ecclesial, pastoral, and academic sectors. The article explains the necessity to progress toward a communion Church able to move beyond infantile legalism toward a theonomous autonomy, toward an adulthood that grounds solidarity with and service to the world."
