"Através deste estudo iremos indicar que o direito de propriedade passará a ser objeto de limitações derivadas da proteção legal do meio ambiente, adquirindo uma nova função, de caráter ambiental, pela qual o seu uso, gozo e fruição deverá garantir a integridade do patrimônio ambiental nela existente.
