Abstract
"Galilea es uno de los temas del Evangelio de Marcos que ya fue comentado bastante en el pasado por parte de Marxsen. En años recientes hubo un buen número de investigaciones arqueológicas e históricas sobre Galilea. Este artículo explora de nuevo el tema, demostrando que aquello que ya fue dicho antes sobre Galilea en Marcos es compartible con los resultados de las nuevas investigaciones; más aún el tema sale fortalecido. En el camino, una nueva propuesta es hecha respecto a la Abominación de la Desolación." "Galilee is one of the central themes of the Gospel of Mark, which was commented on in the past by Marxsen. In more recent years, there has been a surge of archeological and historical research on Galilee itself. The present article explores the theme anew, demonstrating that what was said earlier about Galilee in Mark is compatible with the results of the more recent research, if not actually strengthened by it. On the way, a new proposal is made regarding the Abomination of Desolation."
