Abstract
"No se necesita ser un experto en administración para comprender que en cualquier actividad que se aspire a tener éxito, hay que observar los sanos principios de coordinación, dirección y control. Desde que se emprende una tarea hasta que se termina, hay que tener a mano los mecanismos que permitan ampliar o corregir lo hecho, pensando en un fin satisfactorio" ["One need not be an expert in administration to understand that in any activity that aspires to succeed, observe sound principles of coordination, direction and control.
