Abstract
"El presente artículo ha sido extraído de la tesis titulada “Teología fundamental y globalización: implicaciones para la praxis cristiana desde América Latina”. En él se presentan elementos para una reflexión teológica sobre el fundamento de una fe cristiana pertinente en un contexto de globalización. Una teología de esta índole requiere una atención particular a los sujetos, las acciones, las utopías y los conceptos que conforman la experiencia de fe y la existencia cotidiana del ser humano. Para responder a los desafíos de la sociedad global, la teología fundamental debe comprenderse y estructurarse como una teoría de la praxis comunitaria liberadora (TPCL). Sólo así podrá recrear su relevancia en contextos de injusticia, exclusión y violencia, tan marcados y desafiantes en América Latina." "Christian Faith in Latin America”. It presents elements for theological reflection on the basis of Christian faith relevant in the context of globalization. This type of theology requires close attention to subjects, actions, utopias and the concepts that figure in faith experience and daily life. In order to meet the challenges of global society, fundamental theology must be understood and structured as a theory of liberating community practice (TLCP). Only under this condition can fundamental theology again become relevant in the contexts of injustice, exclusion, and violence that are so predominant and challenging in Latin America."
