Abstract
近些年来，在公共领域，由于人类社会的公共生活日趋复杂多样和公共信息爆炸似地扩展， 使得公共事务管理法制化、道德化与制度化的秩序要求呼声日高，隐含在其中的公共行政伦理问 题也开始得到强化，出现了公共伦理与公共管理之间的相互关联且显示出独特的重要性。而由王 文科教授撰写的《公共行政的伦理精神》一书出版正逢其时，成为向社会推出的一本集中阐释公 共行政伦理体系的重要力作。
