Abstract
Die Konzentration der Diskussion und Aktionen auf Verhütungstechniken, Schwangerschaftsabbruch und vorehelichen Geschlechtsverkehr lenkt von dem ab was wichtige Aufgaben wären. Ethisch wichtige Fragen im Zusammenhang mit Bevölkerung sind: Wie macht die Welt das Leben der "unvermeidbaren Milliarden" lebenswert? Was muss vorgekehrt werden, dass die Erde dies nachhaltig erträgt? The focus of discussions and actions on contraceptive techniques, abortion and premarital sex distracts from what would be important tasks at hand. Important ethical issues related to population are: How can the life of « unavoidable billions » be made livable? What needs to be done so that human life on earth can be sustainable?
