Abstract
企业社会责任的履行能力是衡量企业社会责任绩效的重要尺度， 是反映企业社会责任状况的重要指标。本文尝试借鉴并应用自然科学与经济学的交叉 学科——系统动力学相关理论，研究企业履行社会责任的能力生成机理，试图建立企 业履行社会责任的能力的包含有环境、资源、价值、制度四个子系统的总体框架模型， 通过对各个子系统之间的反馈回路的设计，深入分析各子系统的交互作用机理，构建 企业履行社会责任的能力生成因果关系图。在此基础上，进一步分析得出企业履行社 会责任能力的生成机理的归因结论以及提出些许前瞻性发展建议。 [Essay published in the context of the fourth CSR paper Competition, organized by the Center of International Business Ethics CIBE, Bejing, China, in 2010.]
