Abstract
The paper explores the urgency to develop an educational system within Madrasah Aliyah( Islamic Senior Highschool) which is encouraging the idea of multiculturalism both of inside and outside the school. The idea of respect each other is one of the principlas given attention by Islam, regarding to some practices in the past and the needs to bring Islam to be moe compatible to the modern and plural world through education.
