Abstract
"O presente artigo quer ser a expressão do resultado de um grande Encontro de Direito Internacional, ou seja, mais precisamente, de um curso de inverno, patrocinado pela CEDIN. Trata-se de uma quarta edição, dando continuidade a três outras anteriores, onde a nova ordem mundial foi intensa e verticalmente confrontada com o Direito Internacional, através de grandes conferencias, palestras, seminários e estudos de casos. O leitor pode se indagar sobre o titulo que foi dado a esta resenha, justo a propósito do lugar do Direito Internacional na nova ordem mundial. Mas esta foi, sem dúvida alguma, a temática implícita ou explicita, sempre presente, na fala dos renomados acadêmicos, pesquisadores ou operadores da área, vindos do Brasil e do Exterior" ["This article aims to express the result of a great Meeting of International Law, or more precisely, of a course winter, sponsored by CEDIN.
