"Porque demos nomes às coisas, porque batizámos de conhecimento o que acontece, parecemos e sentimo-nos por vezes padrinhos na Evolução. Com o hubris de padrinhos achamos que temos a liberdade de dominar com a mesma força com que criámos ou que julgámos que criámos. Criámos o conhecimento mas não desenvolvemos com o mesmo vigor o amor e o sentido de responsabilidade das coisas a que demos nomes e sobre as quais vertemos alguma luz e o saber que pouco sabemos" ["Because we name things, because baptized knowledge what happens, we look and we feel sometimes godparents in Evolution.
