Abstract
这是一篇关于自由主义的论文。我所关注的自由主义是一种在现今道德哲学、法哲学和政治哲学中占有突出地位的自由主义版本：在这种自由主义中，正义、公平和个人权利的概念具有一种核心地位，而其哲学基础在很大程度上则得益于康德。作为一种断言权利优先于善、并与功利主义概念相对立而加以典型定义的伦理，我所了解的这种自由主义最好应描述为“道义论的自由主义”，对于我认为熟悉这一学说的人们来说，这似乎是一个可怕的名称。
