Abstract
经济学扩张到了环境法领域已成为一个不争的事实，但由于经济学自身的“伦理贫困化”问题，“理性经济人”假设存在缺陷，实际操作的诸多问题以及其运用后造成的后果与环境法目的偏差甚至是背离，这种入侵遭遇了理论以及实践上的困难和障碍。故在环境法中 必须有所限制地适当运用经济学的观念和方法，而不能倡导“经济学帝国主义”。 It is inarguable that economics has expended to law. With the supposition on rationalism, it is needed to restrict economic concepts and methodologies in environmental law.
