Abstract
"La América Latina vive una etapa de cambios que se extienden, en diferentes niveles, prácticamente por todo el continente. Uno de sus rasgos más destacados es la coincidencia de algunos puntos de la agenda política de los movimientos sociales que han encabezado la lucha en los últimos años y las de los gobiernos de corte progresista que han emergido de procesos electorales. Uno de los casos más significativos de esta confluencia es Bolivia. El presidente Evo Morales, que proviene de la lucha de los movimientos sociales en su país, ha incorporado al programa de gobierno del Movimiento al Socialismo (MAS) parte de la agenda política construida por los propios movimientos en coordinación con movimientos, campañas y redes de la región. Este rasgo le atribuye una especial significación al proceso boliviano" ["Latin America is experiencing a period of change that extend, at different levels, virtually the entire continent.
