Abstract
"El turismo se presenta como un eje fundamental del desarrollo local de Gualeguaychú, siendo la articulación y la concertación entre los actores una dimensión central de dicho proceso. Debido a ciertos factores condicionantes observados, el municipio de Gualeguaychú no ha podido lograr un buen nivel de articulación y de concertación de tipo estratégico que posibiliten el desarrollo del sector turístico. Por ello, el objetivo general es analizar la articulación y la concertación entre los principales actores del sector turístico de Gualeguaychú, determinando factores condicionantes en el marco de la perspectiva teórica del desarrollo local" ["Tourism is presented as a cornerstone of local development of Gualeguaychú, with joint and concerted action among the actors a central dimension of this process. Because certain observed determinants, the municipality of Gualeguaychú has failed to achieve a good level of coordination and consultation of strategic type that enable the development of the tourism sector.
