Abstract
The paper aims to examine the challenges faced by the contemporary scholars and the issue of pluralism increasingly transmitted in Malaysia. As a result, the contemporary scholars should always be sensitive, responsive in identifying the issues that touch the religious pluralism, either express or implied. Strictly speaking, they are very concerned and dexterity required to handle it wisely and will demonstrate their ability to meet the challenges of the times.
