Abstract
"Se exponen cuales han sido las circunstancias que han llevado a la reforma de la vigente ley del aborto, en concreto las investigaciones judiciales a clínicas abortistas que evidenciaron que se estaba ante un gran fraude de ley. La reacción lejos de ser la protección de la vida del no nacido, ha sido una ley que procura salvar las ilegalidades hasta ahora cometidas. Esta reforma se inspira en los postulados ideológicos del feminismo radical o de género. Se expone por qué la reforma es inconstitucional y qué medidas pueden adoptarse para proteger la vida del no nacido y a la mujer embarazada" ["The article focuses on the different factors and circumstances that have led to the reform of Spanish Abortion Law (1985). Judicial investigations of several abortion clinics have demonstrated that up until today there has been a widespread tendency of the clinics to practice beyond the limits established by the law. Nonetheless, the reaction of the government has not been to protect the life of the unborn.
