Abstract
"Este artículo investiga la posibilidad de encontrar en el evangelio de Marcos una manera alternativa de entender a Jesús. Reconociendo que el discipulado es el motivo central de este evangelio este trabajo invierte el asunto en cuestión al hacer de Jesús, y no otra persona, el discípulo ideal del reino de Dios. Como tal, Jesús es el que llama a la gente a un co-discipulado con el propósito de construir una nueva realidad que él, como Hijo del hombre y representante de la comunidad, ha venido a anunciar e implementar. Todo el argumento asume que la situación de la comunidad marcana es fundante para la interpretación sugerida." Abstract "This article seeks to investigate the possibility of an alternative way of looking at Jesus in the gospel of Mark. Recognizing that the discipleship motif is central to this gospel this work turns the issue on its head by making Jesus, and not anybody else, the ideal disciple of the kingdom of God. As such, he becomes the one who calls people to co-discipleship for the purpose of constructing a new reality which he as the Son of man and representative of the community has come to announce and to implement. The whole argument takes the situation of the Markan community as foundational for the suggested interpretation."
