Abstract
长沙作为快速发展的省会城市，对流动人口具有较强的吸引力，每年流动人口达60 万人以上。他们为长沙经济的发展作出了突出贡献，同时也增加了一些不安定因素 和社会隐患，其负面影响也日渐突出。随着流动人口的过猛增加，其道德问题也日 益突出，流动人口的道德问题被提及的频率也越来越高。
