Abstract
商业时代的社会公正，首先就是商业的公正问题。商业公正其实非常简单，第一，不能抢， 在市场经济中不能用权利谋利益；第二，不能骗，不能搞信息欺诈。商业社会是一个强调竞争 的社会，但竞争也要有一个限度，不能“赢家通吃”。我们承认竞争必然有输赢，在这个问题上 要反对平均主义，但不能输家就输掉一切。 所以，所谓公正就是：竞争过程是公正的；对竞争过程的后果有一个最低限度的控制。简 单来说，商业时代的不公正实际上就是：一，全家通赢；二，赢家通吃。其中，全家通赢可能 是不公正最重要的一点。
