Abstract
当代我国社会中，政治伦理的基本问题，是关于国家、社会、个人之间的关系问 题。就国家与社会的政治伦理关系而言，国家应该以社会为本位，国家是为社会而存在的，是 为社会服务的，而不是相反；社会应该以个人为本位，社会是以个人为基础的，社会是为个人 服务的，而不是相反。作为个体的人，对国家、对社会来说，都是最高贵的、最重要的，是它 们存在的根据和前提。
