Abstract
拥有财产让人感到幸福，是因为早期土地所有权"地域主权"的观念有效地抵制了国家公权力的干预，同时也得益于近代财产权理论为之提供了合法性依据。对财产权利的政治经济学批判削弱了财产权观念中抵制公权力的力量，也使得人们对财产产生罪恶感。现代财产权理论重塑了财产权的古典价值，形成了财产权"拥有"、"获取"和"利用"三位一体的价值结构，并在从"拥有财产"到"利用财产"的转换中，发现了私权与公共目标的一致性，从而也扩大了财产之于人生幸福的意义。
