Abstract
"I was honored to direct Boalt Hall’s 2006–2007 Environmental Law Writing Seminar because it afforded me the opportunity to work with the talented students who produced the notes in this edition of the Ecology Law Quarterly. The students are the greatest assets of Boalt Hall’s renowned environmental law program, and the Annual Review of Environmental and Natural Resource Law is evidence of that. Congratulations to the Ecology Law Quarterly and the student authors for another outstanding Annual Review." (p. 1)
