Abstract
The study examines students's perception of multicultural education with respect to others in the plural society as people living in Pontianak, West Kalimantan. The study reveals that the students at STAIN Pontianak agree that multicultural education is important to understand the diversity of culture,religion and ethnicity. The students also see that the positive attitudes in plural society is needed as the way of dakwah Islamiyah.
