Abstract
This article explores the challenges of Muslim minority of Singapore as a secular and multicultural country in Southeast Asia. Geopolitical situation and process of modernization influence them to practice Islam tenets. As a result, Islam plays its role as spiritual bodyguard toward the bitterness of development.
