Abstract
"En este trabajo se pone en cuestión el carácter neoconservador que, según el autor, parece caracterizar a los nuevos movimientos sociales, en un contexto en el que el cosmopolitismo de las elites y la neoliberalización del Estado constriñen, limitan y hasta provocan su cooptación. Ante tal situación, se proponen algunos asuntos críticos que contribuyan a emprender alternativas en la forma cómo actúan estos movimientos en la segunda década del siglo XXI" ["This paper calls into question the neo-conservative character of social movements at begining of XXI century. The author, characterize the new social movements in a context in which both, cosmopolitan elites and state neoliberalization constrain, limit and even cause cooptation of their movements. To analize this case, the author propose some critical issues, contributing to undertake alternative react in the way these movements in the second decade of this century"]
