Abstract
"El dopaje es concebido como el mayor problema que afronta nuestro deporte contemporáneo. Por ello, genera ríos de tinta y millones de comentarios en el ámbito de la opinión pública, así como cantidades importantes de bibliografía en el mundo académico. En este trabajo se pretende analizar la naturaleza de la lucha antidopaje a raíz de tres tipos de análisis tan distintos como complementarios: la historia, el derecho, y la ética. En una primera sección analizaremos los orígenes y evolución de la mentalidad y lucha antidopaje. En la segunda trataremos de mostrar cuáles son los retos jurídico-éticos que hace surgir la implantación es ésta en nuestros deportes profesionales" ["Doping is widely regarded as the major threat to modern-day sports. For this reason, rivers of ink have run and many public debates have sprung in the wider society. Likewise, an ample bibliography in the Academia has been written on this issue.
