Abstract
"Las principales plataformas de diálogo social en España, en donde se presentan los intereses de los actores sociales implicados en el desarrollo económico y social, han incluido la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial o Corporativa (en adelante RSE) en sus agendas, con el objetivo de difundir estas prácticas. La conceptualización y aplicación de las prácticas de RSE se entienden como un compromiso que requiere de la participación y acuerdo entre las partes. Supone una variación en la percepción tradicional del papel que las empresas desempeñan en las comunidades en las que operan, facilitando el modo en que éstas contribuyan con su comportamiento responsable y comprometido al bienestar social y al desarrollo sostenible". ["The main platforms for social dialogue in Spain , where we present the interests of the social actors involved in economic and social development have Free Business or Corporate Social Responsibility ( CSR) in their agendas , in order to disseminate these practices. The conceptualization and implementation of CSR practices are understood as a commitment that requires the participation and agreement of the parties . Represents a variation on the traditional perception of the role that companies play in the communities in which they operate , facilitating the way these contribute their responsible behavior and committed to social welfare and sustainable development".]
