Abstract
"El texto aborda el Derecho de la Bioética desde la perspectiva de la protección jurídica de los Derechos Humanos. La protección internacional de los Derechos Humanos y el Respeto a la Dignidad de la persona, se fortalece a partir de las Declaraciones de Derechos Humanos, adoptadas en el campo universal (ONU) y regional (OEA) en el año 1948. El proceso demuestra un desarrollo relevante del fortalecimiento de la protección de los Derechos Humanos en el campo jurídico. Se plantea la necesidad de introducir el tema en el ámbito regional, concretamente en el Sistema Interamericano de Potección de los Derechos Humanos de la OEA. Se incluye una referencia al reciente proceso de desarrollo normativo en Uruguay como ejemplo de influencia recíproca de las diferentes fuentes" ["The essay focus in the Right of Bioethic from the perspective of the juridic protection of Human Rights. The international protection of the Human Dignity and Human Rights developed an important process that started with the adoption of the Universal Declaration in Human Rights (UN) and the American Declaration of Rights and Duties of the Man (OAS).
