Abstract
在企业背景下，伦理问题如何解决，以及什么人具有做出这类决定的技能，企业伦理见解是源于理论模式抑或道德论述受实践驱动成为伦理研究走出困境、进行方法选择的关键。从关系主义这个视角入手，对企业伦理研究中“规范理论”和“经验主义”方法之间的关系进行重新定位，并由此重新解读企业伦理研究，从而促使企业伦理研究走出困境。
