Abstract
环境正义是正义的主体，特别指关系到环境因素而引发的状况。正义的展现，亦是公平的落实，更是可持续发展的基本条件。正义或是环境正义，立基于权力的建构与冲突。 Environmental justice is the subject of justice, especially when referring to the circumstances caused by environmental issues. Justice is the practice of equity, and also the fundamentals of sustainable development. Justice, or environmental justice is based on the construction and conflicts of power.
