Abstract
"Durante longo processo de evolução, o ser humano sempre conseguiu adaptar-se às agressões externas, adquirindo novas habilidades para viver. O Século XX, entretanto, favoreceu dramáticas mudanças comportamentais. Nossos propósitos de edificar sociedade solidária e pacífica perderam- se em diferentes e estranhos caminhos. O século dos enormes avanços tecnológicos permitiu o crescimento da riqueza para poucos, enquanto condenou à marginalização, exclusão e vulnerabilidade enorme contingente de pessoas. A geração de privilegiados dedica-se apenas a cultivar valores individuais, desconsiderando os comunitários. Outrossim, é preciso despertar para a necessidade da construção social em rede, o que deve caracterizar o comportamento humano neste início do novo milênio" ["During a long evolutional process, human beings have always successfully gotten adapted to external aggressions by incorporation of new abilities for living. Despite this fact, the 20th century brought us some important behavioral changes. The dream of consolidation of a more corporative and pacific society got lost in different and strange paths. The century of the greatest technological advances allowed enrichment to only a few people, while it condemned to marginalization, exclusion and vulnerability a massive number of people. The generation of the privileged is only dedicated to cultivate individual values, forgetting the social ones. We need to wake for the need of a social web construction, what must characterize human behavior in this beginning of the new millennium"]
