Abstract
"Este artigo tem por objetivo debater algumas interpretações em torno dos modos infinitos no pensamento de Espinosa, tomando por base as proposições 21-23 do livro I da Ética. Em primeiro lugar, para compreensão da centralidade do tema e da importância da questão para o sistema espinosano, busca-se comentar essas proposições. Em segundo lugar, há exposição e comentários sobre três possibilidades distintas de solução para a relação entre os modos infinitos e os modos finitos no pensamento de Espinosa" ["This article aims to discuss some interpretations about the infinite modes in the thinking of Espinosa, based on the propositions 21-23 of Ethics, Book I. Firstly, in order to understand the centrality of the issue and the importance of this problem for the Espinosa’s system, those proposals are commented. Secondly, there are exposition and comments on three different possibilities for solving the relationship between the infinite modes and the finite modes in Espinosa’s thinking"]
