Abstract
"América Latina y el Caribe (ALC) sufren la interacción de pobrezas, desigualdades y malnutriciones, con salud precaria; carga perversa, viciada, además, por la hegemonía mundial estadounidense, propiciadora de la globocolonización neoliberal y protectora de empresas transnacionales, apoyándose en sus creaciones multilaterales (BM, FMI, OMC), una superentidad corporativa, la OPS/ OMS, etc., sin importar la consecuente pauperización de la mayoría de la humanidad. El individualismo de mercado, instrumento ideológico globocolonizante, también impide alcanzar la salud poblacional y el cambio estructural exigidos por la pobreza, estimada conservadoramente en 29,5% de la población de ALC, y por su perfil epidemiológico conformado por epidemias interactuantes de enfermedades infecciosas y no infecciosas, de violencia y lesiones, de enfermedades mentales, deficiencias alimentarias/ nutricionales coexistentes con sobrepeso y obesidad, inmersas en un medioambiente deteriorado. El enfoque complejo de la causalidad estructural/ socionaturalidad de procesos se aplica para analizar la problemática de ALC, donde domina el pensamiento lineal inherente a la pseudociencia, el cual resulta un impedimento para comprender la patogenicidad del mercado, que la desnutrición (proteíco- calórica-vitamínica-mineral) materna, fetal e infantil, dependiente de subalimentación e infecciones, es el enlace intergeneracional entre las enfermedades infecciosas y las no infecciosas prevalecientes en poblaciones pobres, o que la salud es una necesidad humana fundamental" ["Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), suffer from the interaction of poverty, inequality, and nutritional diseases, with poor health, further vitiated by the United State of America’s global hegemony, also a proponent of the neoliberal global colonization and protective of transnational corporations, relying on its multilateral creations (WB, IMF, WTO), a corporate super entity, PAHO/ WHO, etc., regardless of the impoverishment of the majority of mankind. Market individualism, a globalization ideological instrument, also prevent of achieving population health and structural change demanded by poverty now damaging 29.5% of the LAC population, and by the region’s epidemiological profile, formed by: epidemics of infectious and non-infectious diseases, violence and injury, mental illness, dietary/ nutritional deficiencies coexistent with overweight and obesity, immersed in a deteriorated environment. The approach of structural causality/social natural essence of processes is applied to analyze the problems of LAC, where linear thinking, inherent to pseudoscience, dominates, and becomes an impediment to understanding: the pathogenicity of the market, that maternal, fetal and infant malnutrition (proteins - calories - vitamins - minerals), infection and undernourishment dependent, is the intergenerational link between infectious and non-infectious diseases prevalent in LAC, or to comprehend health as a fundamental human need.The access to the Pension requires the fulfillment of certain conditions; the fulfillment of the goals established by the State although they represent a great advance in the social protection system; still they have not been covered in the period 2007 - 2011"]
