Abstract
"Este estudo apresenta as razões teológicas pelas quais a presença dos samaritanos na obra lucana (Lc-At) assume um caráter fundamental para a compreensão da reconstituição do antigo Israel e da missão desempenhada pelo Messias Jesus junto ao povo da Aliança. De fato, a ação messiânica de Jesus de Nazaré em favor dos samaritanos, no Terceiro evangelho, é sublinhada por meio de três perícopes exclusivamente lucanas (9,51-55; 10,29-37; 17,11-19). A reconstrução do antigo Israel, enquanto descendentes de Jacó é prevista nos evangelhos da infância (Lc 1,26-38; 2,8-14); porém, o derramamento do Espírito sobre os samaritanos, enquanto selo de participação na Aliança oferecida pelo Messias de Israel, igual que sobre judeus (At 2) e gentios (At 10-11), é somente relatada e confirmada na segunda parte da obra lucana, no livro dos Atos dos Apóstolos (At 8,4ss). Assim, a presença positiva dos samaritanos revela a preocupação lucana quanto à unidade do Antigo Israel, do Israel das origens, dos descendentes de Jacó, sobre os quais reinou David a partir de Jerusalém" ["This study presents the theological reasons for which the presence of the Samaritans in Luke’s work (Luke-Acts) takes on a key to understanding the reconstitution of Ancient Israel and of the mission fulfilled by the Messiah Jesus to the people of the Alliance. In fact, the messianic action of Jesus of Nazareth in Samaritans favor, in the Third Gospel, is underlined through three exclusively Lukan periscopes (9:51-55; 10:29-37; 17:11-19). The reconstruction of Ancient Israel, as descendants of Jacob is predicted in the gospels of the childhood (Luke 1:26-38; 2:8-14); however, the outpouring of the Spirit upon the Samaritans, like a seal of participation in the Alliance offered by the Messiah of Israel, is the same on Jews (Acts 2) and Gentiles (Acts 10-11), it is only reported and confirmed in the second part of Luke’s work in the book of the Acts of the Apostles (Acts 8: 4ff.). So, the positive presence of the Samaritans reveals Luke’s concern for the unity of Ancient Israel, the Israel of the origins, the descendants of Jacob, on which King David ruled from Jerusalem"]
